Would you like to organize a group meeting or photoshoot to be listed in official AWX programming? Please let us know here! Meet-ups can be for cosplayers or fans of a certain series or video game (One Piece, Final Fantasy), animation studios (Disney, Studio Ghibli), or wider-ranging interests (lolita fashion, BJDs).

When submitting a meet-up to this list, please do so in the following format:
- Series/Fandom name - Time and Date - Meeting Location

Photoshoots are generally scheduled in half-hour time slots, but more time can be allotted for larger groups.

Meet-up List

Friday
- Lolita Meetup - Friday @ 11:30am - meet in main hallway

Saturday
- My Little Pony - Saturday @ 2p - meet in main hallway
- Fairy Tail - Saturday at 6pm - location TBD

Sunday

- Adventure Time - Sunday @ 9:30am - meet in main hallway
